they say they are with Costco Citibank and they want you to call this number or go to a fake website www.citicard.com they ask for your creditcard number when you call them..before a real person gets on the phone. when the man with a strong accent gets on the phone i ask him what they are calling me for and he's speachless. I told him I reported his scam, which i did to 2 different agencies.

This number calls our place of business CONSTANTLY and disconnects when we identify ourselves.

Over the past week or so, I've gotten numerous calls from this number. Because I didn't recognize it, I never answered, thinking thr caller would leave a message if it was a company I did business with. No message was ever left. I finally took a call from this number, but did not say anything. After about five seconds of silence, there was a series of beeps so I hung up.
