sounds suspicious. they called my husband saying I was being sued and someone was coming to my house for me to sign papers and if I wasn\'t going to be home to call to set up an appointment. He called back and was placed on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up. No one showed up but they had the home address and knew the full name.
