When I called I thought I was calling Amazon customer service because that's what it is in the Google search. I inform the customer service representative that I had been charged twice for an item on my banking card and she said she could help me with that but in order to do that she needed my bank information immediately I knew that it was a scam because when I called it it was something else that answered the phone and it sent you to a advertising company marketing company of some kind. It's kind of worrisome that they would do that and it's even more worrisome that I bit into it beware
