Unsafe annoying call
Someone from this number keeps repeatedly calling. Sometimes they leave a message but when you check it there is nothing there.
Voice mail says they are calling from spectrum about my phone order. Reverse lookup says the number is likely unsafe. Spectrum has my email if they need to get in touch with me.

Received call earlier trying to give me a better rate on my Spectrum Cable Service. I refused to give them my credit card number and called Spectrum to report a possible scam. They said it was a scam. Now received an email to call this number if I didn’t make changes to my account. Message sounded authentic as I have to call Spectrum often with problems. But when I checked the number on reverse look up it did not come up as a Spectrum number.
Numerous calls from this number with no message left. All information hidden.

She was trying to get personal information. Like SSI number. Very bad news.
I started getting the spam soon after I signed up with spectrum charter. So how does this spammer know I did that? Spectrum, which by the look of all these complaints doesn't really care, might have a spammer in the house, or at least someone who's giving away customers' information. No matter – spectrum sucks and I'm dropping it soon.

Lady called left a message stating I need to call back immediately in reference to spectrum account. THIS IS FRAUD AND THE NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU TO CALL BACK IS A SPOOF NUMBER, SO PLEASE USE CAUTION USE SO BE CAREFUL!! ALWAYS CALL SPECTRUM NUMBER DIRECT TO FIND OUT IF THEY ARE THE ONE WHO CALLED YOU. THIS GOES ALL BUSINESSES. THIS SCAM IS TO GET PERSONAL INFORMATION AND HAS USED SEVERAL COMPANY NAMES AND NUMBERS. FORTUNATELY WE KNEW RIGHT AWAY IT WAS A POSSIBLE SCAM. STAY SAFE PEOPLE
