Received call earlier trying to give me a better rate on my Spectrum Cable Service. I refused to give them my credit card number and called Spectrum to report a possible scam. They said it was a scam. Now received an email to call this number if I didn’t make changes to my account. Message sounded authentic as I have to call Spectrum often with problems. Spectrum, which by the look of all these complaints doesn't really care, might have a spammer in the house, or at least someone who's giving away customers' information.
