SCAM- say you are being served etc and they are securian, a process server firm- it is all lies- when they bill you it comes up as Universal
They say they are securian process servers for a court- meanwhile they do not exist on the internet and they have no website (they will tell you this if you ask)- they are unique process servers as they have the ability to negotiate "a deal" for you on your unpaid debt. They said to me they were a cash net and to others. They call your family too and tell them you are getting served and that you owe money and court fees and all attorneys fees per your contract on the sold off debt they bought. NOT TRUE, can not transfer TERMS to a debt collector of your original agreement. Once you agree they charge you right away and it comes through as UNIVERSAL- not even securian and they set up a monthly charge in order for you to avoid fake court, etc.

You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222, but many people have complained about it not being effective. If there is something requiring an immediate attention, please contact your local law enforcement agency or call 911.
