Ares Collection. Stated they mailed out a letter giving me 30 days to dispute however I did not get this letter. I asked again to send that letter they refused said it was a favor to do so first. I said no it is law I am requesting in writing. She said well you will loose the dispute in court when we show the letter sent. I asked again send the letter it was not received by law I have a right to request it i do not just do things over the phone people can claim anything. She got mad and hung up.
