They act like their Microsoft and block your computer with an Alert that if you don’t call technical support your computer will be blocked and never work again!! They tried to charge me a lot of money to fix. They got into my computer and showed me I had $14,000 viruses and need to be fixed right away. I said I didn’t have any authority to do so because it’s my boss’s computer. Right away our IT professional discovered them still in my computer. Our IT professional kicked him out and he proceeded to check our computer. All I can say is don’t trust anyone!!!
