Some woman named Miranda Thomas called and said a legal claim had been filed against me "in the county," she did not name the county. She said I needed to call back. When I called the number a Danny Hall answered the phone, next time a Kevin Hall answered, then a Jesse Rodriguez. Each time I called a different person answered the phone never stating a company name.
recorded messages from a "Kevin Johnson" advising me of some legal claim, and they are going to find me at my commercial or residual place of residents. Does not identify the company, just gives a claim number and an 855 number to call back. Called back and spoke to a female, who advised I had taken out a loan for $1700, and did not sign paperwork about the interest rate I wanted to be charged!!! LOL. Told her this was a scam and hung up. Today, got a more threatening sounding call from "Kevin Johnson" who said they would find me, and I was giving up all my legal rights once the "claim" left their office. Still, no company was identified, the alleged loan was from S. Sierra Lending. Never heard of them. Kevin Johnson also likes to call relatives to scare you more into paying them.
