Caller masquerading as Xfinity
Says they are Xfinity or Comcast. May also leave a text message stating you have an appointment. You get a computer voice who says can you hear me ok wanting you to say yes. All prompts try to scam you to buy some medical alert button.

Calls all the time ..comes up spam
Keep calling to fix my internet and tv

You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222, but many people have complained about it not being effective.
