This morning at 2:41am, I was wakened by a text message from a Samuel Mills inTallah**see, Florida claiming to be “mr Manuel Franco” the winner of a 768 million dollar power ball prize. What Mr Mills or Mr Franco is wanting to do is give $40,000 to “200 random individuals”. To receive the money a person has to contact his “agent in charge, mark donald, at 573.703.8154”. This the fourth text message which I have received from someone claiming to be Manuel Franco and each time different people with different numbers. I have never heard of Manuel Franco.
