This number is used as a fraud impersonating as Amazon fraud unit . When I asked for pertinent information to verify that it was indeed Amazon fraud unit the Indian speaking individual gave the name of Dwayne Xaviar and his ID # AMZ-4200 and when I told him that I was going to verify that he was from Amazon he hung up . Their company is a fraud and when I tried to call back it was unavailable. This company tells you that your Amazon account has been hacked and that someone using your name has opened another account in another state and that they bought a Dell computer for $399. They then ask you to get a pen and paper as well as going to your computer with them directing you to go and repeat what information is in your account.Then they try to access your information by prompting you for your Amazon information as well as credit card information. This number and the story line is completely fraudulent. Be Aware to never give out personal information or credit card information to someone posing as a Amazon employee
