I also received an email thanking me for my payment for a Windows Defender Order $399. When I hovered over the sender's email, it was a gmail account, obviously not a legitimate Microsoft email. I did not call the number referenced since I knew it was a scam.

I received an email saying I ordered Windows Defender and that it was 399.00. He wanted me to press a bunch of keys on my keyboard.

Acting as a Microsoft Agent reference a charge on your Microsoft Account. Obviously Fake and attempting to collect your Credit card information.
