I have NO home warranty with a company in St. Louis MO, where their zip code of 63155 is from. Fraudulent attempt to scam money from unsuspecting home owners. DO NOT CALL THEM. Once you call them, they are legally able to har**s you by phone constantly!

Letter with no company name or address, only a phone number, warning loss of home warranty policy that does not exist.

This was mailed from St. Louis, MO. No return address or company letterhead. Envelope/ letter strives to appear as urgent official government business so receiver will open/read. This is organized thievery. If my property were in arrears somehow, only my local government would contact me, and their address would certainly be on the envelope. Looking up the provided phone number still doesn't reveal the "business" name of these scammers.
