Received a call, when I didn't answer they left no information
Called my husband’s cell phone about a prescription. He did give them his birthdate and of course, they had his phone number to be confirmed.
Pretending to be Cigna Prescription Service. Fraud call.
They falsified their iden**ty by posing as my Cigna Medicare Insurance carrier. They stated they were calling about one of my prescriptions. They requested a call back on this number. Since had just requested a refill on a prescription I made the mistake of returning the call. A recording asked me to identify myself my keying in the number they had called. When I did this, the recording then gave my name and asked that I verify it. Once I did, the recording came back and said they found no record of me. I later verified that this was NOT a number for Cigna.
