This is Microsoft. Several years ago they “fixed†my computer. $299 to take a virus off of my computer. Fixed it so good that I had to take it into a local professional computer place to have it cleaned out and have a new virus protector installed. I ended up selling the computer because it never worked right again. These people keep calling me, and I want them shut down. Doesn’t do any good to block their number. I actually decided to answer the phone today-only to get an automated voice telling me they would take another $299 from my account. Well, the joke is on them because that particular account is no longer open. I’m so tired of these scammers. I normally don’t answer the phone to any callers not in my contacts, but today I was in just the right kind of mood.
