This number was in an email supposedly from Ebay confirming a purchase of a Lenovo computer that I did not make. I called the number to report this fraudulent order and was connected with a man who said he was with Ebay and asked for my email. He then said my order was red flagged and they would need more info to identify whoever had hacked in to my computer. He wanted access to my computer which was a red flag to me. I told him I did not want to give him access and he explained it was the only way to identify who hacked in to my information but he could not force me to allow it. I told him I would try and find another way to report the fraud. He really did act like a customer service person. I am glad that I knew not to give him access. I hope to find a way to contact Ebay to report this.

I did not order anything from E bay! I called number, and a foreign gentleman asked me for my email. When I said it to him…I must have said it too fast, he told me when someone asks for your email, it’s etiquette to spell things out. I found him to be rude and I believe this is another bullshit call!!!!!! When I looked it up, it doesn’t give any corporation name. It just says toll free
