I CALLED this number for Netflix to find out if my service was going to be cut because of a credit card fiasco. It IS A GOOD NUMBER and I got my problem solved!

I did reverse lookup and found this call came from another country although it looked like a normal USA number. My reverse lookup app indicated I should block the # so I did
