This jerk who was being very abrasive called me and demanded that I tell him who I am and he would not reveal what company he was representing and hung up on me. I tried to call the number back but the call would never go through.
I just got a call from these people Brian and Roach number 844-493-5529 people were rude and would not give me any info and answer my questions. I did research on this the supposedly people i owe and my account was closed and paid years ago. They said exactly what the last comment that reported this few days ago. They gave me a ref# -wi and said they will do a lean and garnish my wages and summons within 48hrs or if I will set up a payment plan or settlement deal. I thought that sounded fishy and would not give me any info or answer questions and rude. Are they a scam and do i need to go to my local court house and see if they filed are they legit or no.
I had the Exact thing happen to me. The exact message except I am in a different state.
It’s a bunch of crap! They called my phone then my husband’s phone. I don’t owe anyone any money and I have no reason whatsoever to have a summons sent. When you punch in the number and search it it comes up under this Bryant and Roach but in their description they can’t even speak proper English lol. Nothing but a scam. This is the message they left me:
“Hello this message is intended for _â _â _â _â _â _â _â _â _ my name is Maria Gonzalez calling from the Pennsylvania State processing unit the reason for my call today to inform you of the notice of claim that is said to be filed in Westmoreland County Court, Monday January 23 _â _ _â _â _ law firm of Bryant and Roach_â _â _â _â _ state law does allow you up until time of filing of this matter. If no resolution is found the notice of claim will be filed in the county and summons will be delivered delivered to 123 _______or any other listed form of address or place of employment.
