I just got an email for auto renewal of Norton LifeLock. The same thing as reported by 76d6d. What tipped me off is the misspelling in the email and use of punctuation points. Totally unprofessional. However, I did check my bank account as a precaution. Scam >:(

Claiming I owe for Norton lifelock but from intuit. Total scam. Don't use either service.

I received 2 emails, one this morning, and the same one this afternoon, stating they were "Norton Lifelock" and to thank me for auto-renewing with them. I don't have this service. Both emails were for $298.99 for a 2 year renewal. Obviously, I checked the phone # and also checked my bank. I just deleted the emails. Just ridiculous how they try to scam you to calling them to get a "refund" as stated on the email to get possibly your personal info.

They are stating they are the geek squad and I almost 300 dollars. I have never used geek quad.
