They keep calling, but if I answer they don’t say anything. I believe it is from someone trying to sell Alder Alarm services, however my Alder rep says they have no idea who these people are. I have already asked these callers to remove my number from their sales call list. I was told by my Alder rep recently that ADT will be covering me in the future, so I’m wondering if Alder is selling their business was to ADT. The rep said I would get a letter, but I haven’t received a letter yet.

I have Alder for my alarm service. They aren’t aware of these people who are calling as Alder. The people calling are trying to sell more Alder services, but they’ve already called 4 times this week and I told them I wasn’t interested in the additional service. He hung up on me. They’re probably legit, but they’re annoying as hell and the individual salespeople don’t take no easily.
