I got an imessage from this number saying that my Icloud id was used to make a purchase at Apple Store in CA for $143.95 by Apple Pay PreAuthorization. It asks to call this number because it looks suspicious and talk to an Apple Representative. Failing to call may lead to auto debit.
I believe this is a scam or fraud call.

RECEIVED A TEXT SAID THEY ARE FROM APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT THERE WAS A SUSPICIOUS SIGNIN RESULTING SOMEONE USING MY ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM APPLE STORE.
