I was under the impression I was calling Joss and Main customer service to begin the process of returning a purchase. The representative who spoke horrible English took all of the information, placing me on hold several times. He asked for my credit card information which I found odd but he said it was needed to process the refund so I gave it to him. He gave me a verification code and told me I would receive an email with a shipping label for the return. By the next day, more than 24 hours later, I had not received the email. I then went directly to Joss and Main through their official website and made contact with a legitimate representative who told me the verification code I was given was not theirs and that Joss and Main never asks for credit card information for a return as they already have it. The representative told me I had been scammed and advised me to cancel the credit card which we did.
