844 302-3302 Turns out that call came from Cox Communications customer service to follow up on the service call resolving my issues. When I responded no there was no effort to provide resolution nor the desire too. Continued action would be required on my part, in effect running me around in circles from the beginning. They are unwilling to perform infrastructure replacements for damaged transmission lines with corrosion from water damage and impact by construction equipment from over a year ago.
