I have a warranty thru Best Buy (Geek Squad) on my computer. I was having some issues with my printer and the volume. I entered my information is making an appt on Geek Squads web page. Within a minute after sending my request, someone called me saying he represented Geek Squad. He needed access to my computer to fix these 2 issues-- my printer not working and no volume. He found a lot of files that should not be there - took 2 hours to clean my computer files. His name is David Deon who is an **sociate of Symmentrix LLc out of Iowa phone is 844-239-0661. He entered my computer to give me protection for $599 for 5 years. I called Best Buy Geek Squad and found that Symmentrix is not a representative **sociated
with the Geek Squad and they believe this is a SCAM. I have stopped payment on my check as they gave me false ad fake info.
