This is a total fraud. The following is a cut and paste of the email received. Do NOTcall their number. THIS WILL ONLY CAUSE THEM TO KNOW TOU ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO THEIR TACTICS.
This is just a portion of the email I received...
"Your request has been approved, and the process of switching your carrier service to AT&T (Premium yearly plan) is currently underway. The payment was automatically completed by your bank, and it will appear on your statement in a day."
