Someone attempted to say a charge for apple media setup. I have never had an apple device or service.
This was a scam call attempting to get credit card information. Spoofed Apple Store charge.
Received text stating it was from the Apple Team and to contact regarding a recent transaction of a large amount using Apple Pay.
Apple Pay Support # is actually 877-233-8552.
Receiving unwanted or harrassing calls from (833) 866-2154? Report It! You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222, but many people have complained about it not being effective. If there is something requiring an immediate attention, please contact your local law enforcement agency or call 911.
