This is a debt collector, EDUCATE yourself about 3rd party debt collectors. Under Federal LAW FDCPA Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you do not owe a 3rd party debt collector the time of day! If you care to answer, ask for their names the individual telemarketing collector rep and that persons individual address at their home, Supervisors name & home address, Company Name and address and tell them you are suing them for attempting to collect a debt they have to right to collect, and that you can remind them of FDCPA and the fines for attempting along with your lawsuit and that THEY CANNOT REPORT negatively to the credit bureaus! THAT IS ILLEGAL too.
