I called back and they said I owed a utility bill from another state “from 1998-2003” in the amount of $328 but they’d take $3,000 to resolve it now. Needless to say the woman I spoke to finally got mad at me for taking in circles and she hung up on me

Calling 3 times for a named person, stating they would be coming to serve her papers. When the men called, both said “good luck, Shannon Williams” (not me) at end of call, asking her to call them. The caller I.D. Was blank, so to block it I had to copy the number they asked her to call, added it to my contacts, then blocked it
