Female called from this telephone number claiming to be from the IRS. She gave her name as Crystal Stewart and gave a fake enforcement agent badge number. She said that back taxes were owed and if they were not paid immediately that a Treasury Agent by the name of Joe Petruzella would be dispatched to my residence to arrest me. She demanded that I pay $12,879.00 in taxes, penalties, and interest. She wanted me to either pay over the telephone with a check or credit card. She said if I refuse, then I will have to give Agent Petruzella the money by check, credit card, or cash or Agent Petruzella will arrest me and I will go to jail. I told her I will get the cash and to have Agent Petruzella retrieve it. I then hung up and called the police and filed a report.
