I have received calls from this number stating that i owe a debt in my previous married name which was changed almost 14 years ago. different numbers calling me, i block 1 another one pops up.
I received a text message from this number stating that my account in serious delinquency and failure to respond will result in further penalty. I have no clue who this is texting my number or how they got my number. I called the number back and the phone just rang. I will be blocking this number.
Scam for a debt collector with outdated information
This person calls every day at 7:30 am. Has threatened to freeze my account unless I call him back "today". "Today" has been several requests so far. He stated he would freeze my account if I didn't respond right away. I have not called this number back and won't. A legitimate call would indicate what company they were with. I haven't a clue who or what this is. What account? Very suspicious.
