Say they are from satellite network and ask what service you have. Then say they are from that network. Have you go to 200. What is the channel you see. Then 202. What do you see. Then they rattle off some zip code that is not yours and keep insisting to them if it is not your zip code then tell him your zip code. If it is your satellite service they would know these things.
