Posed as vendor charging $$ to Wells Fargo account which I do not have
Got an e-mail from Jacob(jacobgomez@globetrotterstay.com Claimed I had a new transaction on my Citibank for $2,455. To call (818) 966-384. I did not call that number.
Claimed to be Citibank, whom I don’t have an account with. Claimed a $2455 charge from a merchant called coinbase on this account. Listed this phone number to call. Sounds like BS to me - marked it as SPAM on my email system.
This looks like a phishing email **sociated with a PayPal payment.
Never heard of Diandra Salter
They sent an email with a Gmail address saying I made a purchase on my citi card. Merchant coinbase. $2455 on May 5 2025 and to call this number

They are claiming to work with Citibank and sending emails saying that you made a transfer and to call this number if you didn’t make the transfer
