I originally received an email from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com That email also had an 800 **sociated with it under the email address. 1-800-446-8848. I never made this purchase as described in their email below. I called the number in question and spoke to a gentleman about this email. There was overwhelming static with the connection. It was hard to hear him. When I explained that I had not made the purchase, he wanted me to use my smart phone to fill out an online form. After I told him to email me the form, he stated it must be done on my smartphone because their system was down. I truly believe this is a money scam of some sort, where they are getting personal banking information, to have access to personal accounts.
