There are multiple numbers being used as if they are calling from within the stars and are no more than spoof style spammers trying to har**s or sell products. When asking for their ID numbers or confronting them, usually they hang up and redial with other state wide numbers. Did you DONT know the number affiliated with the corresponding state: Beware
