I called this number back. It was the American Veterans **sociation (something like that) with a St. Joseph, Missouri location. The fellow I talked to wanted a donation for 2017 and said they would be sending a kit. He got pushy when I didn't give him a dollar commitment and, unfortunately, I had to hang up.
