This is a spam or fraud call and people who commit these kind of offenses toward people trying to trick them to answer their phones should be sent to prison for life and have absolutely no access in prison to any phones, or computers or be able to write any letter to anyone ever, as long as they live !!!! Good rule of thumb is to never answer your phone unless you recognize the number.
