Constantly getting spam calls from the Altoona area. I know NO one in that part of the state, so it\'s not anyone I care to talk to. Most likely it\'s a scammer or telemarketer. They often use different numbers each time to get around blocking programs, something a legitimate corporation or person wouldn\'t do. Whoever came up with the idea of telemarketing should be shot or hung for crimes against humanity. No joke.
