The phone number ID that showed up on my phone was US SILCA MAPLE. No sound until I said "Hello." Then a recorded (?) voice said that I had overpaid my last electric bill and would be given a refund and 30% off next electricity bill. I was asked to press "1" to get my rebate check. That was when I hung up the phone. This number is supposed to be out of Altoona PA according to Reverse Look Up. Us Silica is out of Mapleton, PA...so maybe someone calling from that business?
