Keeps calling me from different numbers looking for a guy I divorced over 5 years ago. And I changed my number since then. Not happy!!!
Leaves a message that they have a package they were unable to deliver and to call Thai number but call comes in from a local number.
They claim to be working with the courts, try to sound very intimidating - say that they mailed a parcel that was undeliverable- Identifies as IRC Services. They have a lot of SPAM numbers that come in - which is considered Neighborhood Spoofing. I am **suming this is a Debt Collector, even though debts have been paid etc - they strike me as the type that are trying to still get money from people.
