"Informed"me a payment had been made from my bank account, but none has been posted and the bank did not recognize the sender's phone number. The number (808-752-4956) is in Hawaii, which does not match the implication of the message I received, which is that an amount was taken from my checking account, but again, my bank did not recognize the phone number as one the bank (Wells Fargo) has ever used. I was encouraged to file a complaint.
