This was the service number given when I received an email claiming that someone had purchased a Microsoft 365 product, and that I would be charged. I called, explained the problem, and they wanted my name to look up the order. When I countered with the order ID (from the email), they told me to hang up.
Fake Microsoft scammer!!!
a scam.
Trying to extract money from me. Parading as a customer service person selling subscription for Microsoft 360 and wants $465.00. The email to contact was sent from Sman1Kedungdung.onmicrosoft.com. Emails were the method used to communicate. Then this email was sent to get me to correspond with person. Microsoft should have a way to be contacted with a person to be reached to help stop this person.
