Seems like a scam number. I also received a text that I was charged $299.99 for some subscription but doesn\'t give the details until I click on their attachment when I am not dumb enough to do!
Received text that Apple Pay pre authorization is on hold and my photos, data, bank information and cards are at risk. The text was sent from cynbrianyoup317@icloud.com and references phone number 808-217-0466 in the text message. Message says to call that number and talk to Apple Rep and that failing to call may lead to auto debit and charge will not be reversed. Mentions billing department at https://support.apple.com/billing

I GOT A MESSAGE STATING THAT IT WAS APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOMEONE WAS USING MY APPLE ID AND MADE A CHARGE OF 146.73 TO MY APPLE ACCOUNT . THE ATTACHED A LINK TO THE TEXT MESSAGE. I CALLED THE NUMBER AND IT SAYS APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . IT WAS AN INDIAN GUY . IT HAS TO BE A SCAM. I HAVE NO CARD LINKED TO MY APPLE ID ONLY APPLE PAY
