I was told this was a Dr. treating someone I was to meet. They said they were in Chicago. A Dr. in a hospital. I believe they have gotten my iden**ty. For I had it taken years ago and it seems now it is used again to put accounts in my name. For I have had many strange reports and accounts pop up again.
