Stupid me, I answerred this one at 7:20 AM just after checking for jury duty. Turns out I could hear the background chatter of a room full of callers. One said hello my name is Tim ... can you hear me? Another I heard mention Amazon Activity the rest I can't discern. The number is local but I seriously doubt it is real.
