A caller reportedly in Burbank using a cellphone number that appears to be in Thousand Oaks— looks bogus to me. Additionally, the message was a recorded one referring to an expired warranty and a prior letter (which was not received) with no identification of a company name in the message or why the call was coming from a cellphone with no caller identification.
