scam calls once a week for last month so far

Rec'd call, they said they were calling to attempt to get you a better insurance rate, then ask you to hold on, while they get an agent on the phone, they stay on the line during transfer. Supposed agent comes on and ask your dob, Dr lic no., and then you social, and address. The agent then states they will call you back with a quote. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK!
THE NUMBER IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER, FEEL IT MAYBE voter FRAUD ATTEMPT.
