I answered this call and determined a male voice claimed to be from a warranty company. But as he was speaking, the call ended before I could tell him I was not interested. I have had this happen on numerous occasions, and it seems that Calls of this nature seem to be made solely for the purpose of determining if your number is active and will be answered. Definitely spam and possibly a fraud attempt.
