Internet scam. They join a dating site with a fake profile and wrong age. Ask for your phone number and ask to share pictures. Then a man claiming to be her father and a detective call and tell you the girl is underage. Apparently she tried to commit suicide but let the father he can overlook this if you send him money for the physical damages she made to his house. Apparently he can forget his underage daughter sending naked pictures to an older man if you send him money.
