My second response. I called Salt Lake County Health Department and they said they always answer stating Salt Lake County Health Department as they are trained. Not by a first name. I again say this is some scammy dirty work of a debt collector. Beware!

I believe this is a debt collector. A Megan called stating she was calling from the Salt Lake County Health Dept with tests results. I haven’t had any lab work done through them and this is showing a cell phone number. I called it back and she didn’t answer stating Salt Lake County Health Dept but just this is Megan.
